Salt

HI.
I really hungry now. So I searched an article about food. I found about relation between health and salt. When we are on diet, maybe many of us think about only sugar, fat and so on. But in this article, author said about amount of salt. At the University of California, San Francisco, researchers found that daily salt intake can lead to health benefits. They found that reducing sodium by 3 grams per a day would be good for hearts. This is as same as cutting cigaret. And sodium related to blood pressure.

My father has hight blood pressure, so he try to cut salty or high cholesterol foods.
It is difficult to change our body to healthy at once. But I felt food is the most important things to our healthy life. Maybe it is a short way to become healthy body.

I want to live a healthy life.
I write this blog while I am eating chocolate cookies.
I should stop to eat sweets. But I love chocolate and cake and...
It is difficult for me to quit sweets completely! So I try to reduce the amount of them.
Of course I take care about salt!
