The perfect diet!

Hi.
I found a headline "The Perfect 10 Diet." This is a title of best seller's book and author introduce it in this article. Author said "People tend to go a little crazy when they are on a diet." This is because the diets themselves are often crazy. Only drinking fruits juice, only eating cabbages...In this book, there are 10 healthy and balanced diets.

I was not on real diet because I like to eat very much. So I couldn't believe how to diet without eating. I have never try them. As author said sometimes there are crazy diets. For example, we only drink fruit juice without eating. Maybe I can't stand it. Recently I feel little afraid of my shape because I didn't any sports at all. I want to be on diet, but I don't want to cutting foods. So I want to read this book.
I want to make my body shape beauty and healthy, so I want to read it.
But, is there the best way to be on diet truly? I was little wondering.
